A 12-Month Gospel-Centered Coaching Journey for Ministry Leaders
Phase 1: Leadership Assessment
We begin by identifying what has shaped you as a leader. Using tools like storyboarding, The Working Genius, and feedback from your leadership team, we’ll explore your personal leadership story and the unique design God has given you.
Spousal Support (Optional)
We also offer monthly connections and encouragement for your spouse. These one-on-one sessions with Mary Martin provide space for discernment, prayer, and support tailored to the unique challenges of being a ministry spouse.
Phase 2: Development Planning
Next, we’ll work together to create a customized personal and ministry development plan. This includes crafting a “Position Focus”—a practical guide that aligns your passions, priorities, and goals.

Phase 3: Execution & Ongoing Coaching
With the Position Focus in hand, we’ll meet twice monthly to help you implement your plan, navigate real-life leadership challenges, and adjust as needed. This phase is where growth becomes transformation, rooted in gospel application and practical wisdom.

Packages start at $175 per month*
*Discounts available for EFCA, Acts 29, pastors of churches under 100, ministry leaders who raise their own financial support, and current clients.
